Set to become one of the eastern seaboard's premier festivals, the annual Jefferson's Virginia Festival will be held during the time-frame that Thomas Jefferson was selected to write the Declaration of Independence, June 2 to 11. Events occur at a variety of locations on the Route 29 corridor where Mr. Jefferson once lived and traveled -- between his beloved retreat, Poplar Forest, south of Lynchburg, to his majestic estate, Monticello in Charlottesville.
